This paper describes the use of the mentoring process methodology and the results applied to the case of Colonia Burócratas, reflecting on processes of "infusion" and articulations with the public sector and academia. This paper concludes by outlining a reflection on its implementation and its role with respect to gender-sensitive resilience and intersectionality in policy and practice.
