The manual is created within the framework of the Plan to explore neighborhood care infrastructure: The case of the Juanita Aguirre neighborhood in the commune of Conchalí, Santiago de Chile. This document collects the care infrastructure concepts worked, the methodologies exposed and applied to cover the dimensions of a caring neighborhood, and the most relevant results for the community and the Caring Citizens Collective.
