To design and adopt a UNIDOR gender-responsive approach to disaster management and development policy;

To strengthen the capacity of FFA program staff to implement gender and intersectionality in resilience ;

To promote inclusion of women, men, boys and girl in project design, implementation, evaluation and monitoring ;

To elevate women’s voice through their active involvement into design of UNIDOR integrated gender policy
